The Microbiome Friendly Ingredients

These are manufactured through a fermentation process in a UK based factory. We were one of the first companies to incorporate these cleansers into a products and remain (to the best of our knowledge) the only solid shampoo and conditioner bars in the UK to contain them!

The Bars
We use a small UK family company to make our bars for us. Keeping it in the UK not only provides UK jobs and supports local suppliers but also reduces the carbon footprint when it comes to transportation. 

The Packaging
Our packaging company is also UK based and takes its sustainability credentials seriously. It holds the following certificates:

- Forest Stewardship Council ( FSC)

- PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest
Certification.

- ISO 14001 - framework standards that companies
must meet to obtain certification

- BPIF Zero Foil 2 Landfill

- World Land Trust partnership.
The dyes used on the packaging are vegetable
based making the container 100% compostable
or recyclable whichever you prefer.
